How to find us for your first appointment

We are located at 22 Mill St., Suite 405, Arlington, Ma

Parking is available across the street for $5/hour. You can also park on Mill Street where it says 1 hour parking or on Massachusetts Ave.

Once you are in the waiting room, please have a seat until your scheduled appointment time. There are restroom keys hanging and the bathrooms can be found just outside of the door.
